On 30 October, the Fritz Kreisler Institute of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna invites you to a special celebratory concert in the Ehrbar Saal. The evening is dedicated to the great Viennese violinist, composer and cosmopolitan Fritz Kreisler, whose work is inextricably linked to Vienna as a city of music.
Students of the Fritz Kreisler Institute will perform a varied programme at the concert to honour the artistic legacy of their namesake. With well-known melodies, astonishing arrangements and a world premiere, the students will shed new light on Fritz Kreisler's fascinating sound cosmos.
Organised by the Fritz Kreisler Institute of the mdw. Admission free: free choice of seats, admission from 18:00. Seat reservations are unfortunately not possible.
