Smashed To Pieces have named themselves after a lettering by conceptual artist Lawrence Weiner and take a political and poetic stance with their lo-fi arrangements. Ingeborg Bachmann is quoted on their website: "The carnage takes place within the bounds of what is permitted and moral." Sound and text meet here just as radically as poetry and punk.
Verena Dürr is Author, writes prose, essays, radio plays and is involved in numerous artistic co-operations. She is a member of the CLA and from AUFCulture .
David Hoffmann is Author and performer. He writes prose, essays, poetry and radio plays, translated from Hungarian. His debut book is a volume of poetry: practising extinction ( edition exile 2025)
Jakob Kraner writes poetry, prose, essays, translates, sets poems to music and gives literary performances with the duo Vieider/Kraner . His book debut was published in 2022 in Matthes&Seitz -Imprint Raw material , it has the title Cosmology .

About Salon R. Salon R. is an artistic format at the interface of literature and music, text and sound, voice and image. "R." is a medium of transmission; in his/her salon, associative spaces are created that make literature accessible in many ways and can be experienced in many layers. The Kleine Ehrbar Saal is an ideal venue for R.
