Ji Qinyaoyao began learning piano at the age of two and a half and studied with teachers such as Tian Mei, Zhu Wanchen, Liu Kang and Zhang Qiongna. She is currently studying with Professor Tang Zhe, a renowned pianist, pedagogue and doctoral supervisor at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. At the age of 7, she was admitted to the Joint College of Shanghai Conservatory of Music and RAM. Later, she was admitted to the primary school of Shanghai Conservatory with excellent grades and continued her education at the related middle school of music.
