The cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive after you close your browser (session cookies). This data is collected on the basis of § 96 para. 3 TKG (Telecommuniations Act). We also use cookies to statistically analyse the use of our website as part of the Google Analytics web analysis service (see below). This data is collected on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you register separately for our newsletter and thereby give us your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), we will process your name and email address for the purpose of sending you our newsletter. Your email address will then be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or withdraw your consent.
MailChimp: Our newsletter is sent using "MailChimp", a newsletter dispatch platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on MailChimp's servers in the USA. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass it on to third parties.
6. Social Media Plugins
We place links on our website to our profiles on the social networks Facebook and Instagram in order to make ourselves better known.
These services are only integrated as links to the corresponding social networks. No data is transferred to the providers of the social networks if you do not click on the respective links. After clicking on the integrated links, you will be redirected to the page of the respective provider. Only then will user information be transmitted to the respective provider.
If the user is logged into Facebook or Instagram at the same time, the plugin can establish a specific connection with the user's account. If the user posts a comment on the website or "likes" it via the plugin, the plugin transmits the information to Facebook and links it to the user's account. If this is not to happen, the user must log out of their social media account beforehand.
In addition to this information, the user should also observe the privacy policy of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. There is also the option to install an add-on that blocks the social media plugin to prevent data transfer.
7. Integration of YouTube Videos

If you do not wish your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before visiting our website. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or customising its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide customised advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in YouTube's privacy policy. As part of "Google Analytics", cookies are placed on your computer to statistically analyse your use of our website. We have concluded a corresponding contract with Google for commissioned data processing.
The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is anonymised before it is stored on Google servers so that it can no longer be assigned to a computer. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
10. SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
11. Contact
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection. You can contact us at any time at contact@ehrbarsaal.at.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
