The programme presents the stylistic diversity of European art song: from Mozart's classical elegance to Schubert's lyrical intimacy and Debussy's sonorous poetry.
In the second part, Robert Schumann's Song Circle, Op. 39 takes centre stage - a work full of emotion, depth and musical expressiveness.
