A reading concert for peace, an artistic commitment to democracy and all its values: actors, in dialogue with each other, form choirs, give speeches and tell stories based on prose and drama from antiquity to texts by contemporary Austrian and Middle Eastern authors. On this evening, the spoken word is on an equal footing with music from different cultural backgrounds, with which the Original Viennese Salon Ensemble lovingly framed the texts.
