The Ehrbar Saal's free children's concerts provide regular concert visits for a large number of families. High-quality and varied programmes are offered, curated by the artistic director of the Ehrbar Saal, Cathrin Chytil. The Ehrbar Saal aims to ensure that every family has reliable access to high-calibre classical music at regular intervals. Whether interactive, fairytale-like, as a sing-along concert or a puzzle competition, the Ehrbar Children's Concerts will always come up with something new and also cater to the tastes of the audience, which, as we all know, is reflected in the applause! 

Recently, the EhrBÄR has also joined in as a narrator. It should be emphasised that the series is aimed at children of all ages, which also means adults - the stories told are understandable for children from around the age of 4. The stories and texts for these concerts were written by Verena Stauffer. 

The concerts are sponsored by the 4th district of the City of Vienna.
