The programme Vienna remains Vienna invites you to a festive evening full of musical highlights, where traditional Viennese music shines in all its splendour. At the centre of the evening is Johann Strauss, the undisputed master of the waltz, whose lively and elegant melodies take the audience on a dance journey through imperial Vienna. But the repertoire goes far beyond Strauss: the timeless works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Schubert and other outstanding composers who have shaped Vienna's musical heritage are also performed with great dedication and virtuosity. Singers, conductors and the multifaceted orchestra of the Richard Wagner Conservatory merge into a harmonious ensemble under the inspiring artistic direction of Christian Schulz and his experienced team. The dedicated students bring the musical thread of at least three centuries to life, spanning a fascinating arc from the Classical and Romantic periods to the dazzling highlights of the Viennese musical tradition. This evening promises not only a firework display of immortal melodies and masterful interpretation, but also a loving homage to the cultural soul of Vienna - a feast for all the senses that will linger in the heart for a long time to come.
